F10 535i Speed limitter

Hey guys, My 2012 535i BMW is BM3 Stage 2 93 octane tuned FBO. I do have in my maps "speed limiter: off". Yet it still has the original speed limiter of 127 MPH(tested on a track). Does Anyone know why this may be? Does anyone know a way to take this limiter off?
