Steering Wheel Roundel Replacement

The roundel on my steering wheel is a little oxidized (I have replaced the steering wheel/air bag to the M-Sport with paddles). I searched and it looks like some of the steering wheel roundels have 3 tabs where most of the replacements are stick on. Has anyone replaced theirs? I want to make sure that the roundel doesn't become a projectile should the airbag deploy. By the way, my car is a 2011.

The emblem isn't available separately as far as I know, the tabs can be accessed from the back side if you disassemble the cover from the gas generator/bag itself. They are glued in place along with the tabs.

There are only 2 ways I know of. A sticker and replace the airbag.
