So I own a BMW 535i 2014 with N55PWG, everything stock except for the BM3 stage 1 tune.

Yesterday I replaced all 6 fuel injectors, gapped the spark plug to .026in and walnut blasted the intake valve. I coded all 6 new injectors, relearn the valvetronic positions, and tried reflashing the stock n55 map and falshed back the stage 1 BM3 tune, however the cars runs very weird. It became shaky at 900-1000RPM(the range when car just started) and around 1600-2000 when accelerating. however no code was rises until I reved the car to the redline at park,(The car was butter smooth) following code rises: 140010 140310 140002 140302 140610 140602.
saying cylinder 3 and 6 misfires and harmful to exhaust gas after starting, the CEL was not on despite the situation.

I wonder what could be the cause for that issue.

Are you sure all valves were sealed during walnut blasting?
