F10 Spare Tire Well Cover

I've done a search and haven't found any posts on this subject. Just bought a 2015 528i and I'm about to replace the RFT's with something better. In the trunk, where the spare tire well used to be on past Bimmers, there is a cover that seems to be glued down. Does anyone know what is under that cover and if there is a non-destruct way to remove it? I'm going to either get a wheel for one of the OEM RFT's, or a space saver and I wonder if that "well" is still there?

No well to store a tire. Search under my posts and you will find a post of what I did for a space saver wheel.

Thanks--Looks like it's tie it down in the trunk. I really don't need the whole trunk, so not a show stopper

The battery is in the trunk: http://f10.5post.com/forums/showpost...12&postcount=2 When replacing the RFT you have options: get a repair kit or retrofit a compact spare wheel: http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthre...e+saver&page=3

Great picture--well worth a 1000 words. How does one lift the carpet? I've pulled on mine (not very hard, not knowing how it's attached) and the right side, at least, seems to be glued. Looks like the little well is the rear part of the old spare tire well.
