intermintent stiff steering 535xd active steering

When the car its up to temp and after some turns my steering become stiff and start to jerk , intermitent , at medium speed. I changed the pump and flushed the fluid and the problem its still there. When i drive the car hard on turns is getting worse. Please help..

Steering system is simple. Main problem would be pump or rack. Since you replaced the pump, I think the steering rack is going out.
