F10 550i drivetrain malfunction

Hello I am new to the forums and was hoping to find help here. I have a 2012 F10 550i that has around 76k miles. Recently I got a drivetrain malfunction code that popped up on my screen. My check engine light came on and won’t disappear unless I erase the codes. After scanning it into the obd2 port the code “manufacturer control” pops up. After I erase It, it disappears for a few hours/ days and then comes back on again. i recently did an oil change and replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils. I was thinking it could it be a faulty sensor or a transmission leak. Anything helps guys thanks.

Apologies it took awhile. Recently replaced both upstream and downstream o2 sensors and noticed somewhat of a difference. The drivetrain malfunction disappeared but I still experience a rough idle sometimes. Thinking it could be fuel injectors or something similar. Hope this helps.

check MAF, and what is the air flow on the engine idling. And what correction lambda long correction and fast correction. Also check parameters injectors, but i think this MAF

Maybe you needs to change MAF sensors.
