BMW F10 5 Series Throttle Response Hesitation

Hi am aware there is already a post about this but my issue might be a little diffeent and I'm hoping someone can shed some light I recently bought a f10 5 series with about 100k on the dash it had been serviced twice to three times a year and only seems to have had some body damage minor dings ect. Recently while stepping on the gas and various speeds the car stops acceelation and I have to mash to the peddle to get it Togo I'm aware of the adaptive throttle on these Cars is this a common issue or something more serious? I'm hoping I don't have bad fuel injectors or anything of the sort I'd love to hear any suggestions/ advice

May not be a bad idea to replace the front (upstream) O2 sensors if they're original.

Two vehicles of ours, a '11 E90 3-series with ~120k miles and a '16 Ford Transit Connect van with over 200k miles, both had poor driveability issues (loss of midrange torque, strange transmission shifting). I replaced the upstream sensors in both vehicles and the symptoms went away. Neither car showed a code for a failed sensor.

I am going to treat O2 sensors as a wear item from now on, as manufacturers recommend they are replaced every 100k miles or so.

Let me know if you do this and if it improves your situation.
