Let me explain you, i'm live in Paris and i have a m5f10 from usa, now i want to use the dvd but i can't, i know that some fonctions are différent so if somebody have already do this job or something look like , i'd like some help please.

ATM or TMS will definitely never work as it will always be roaming. You can change the radio to EU spec but NBT can overheat and lock on you. i you do change it to EU then the button symbols layout on the face of the radio will change and not match.
You have to change your DVD region code to 2 via coding. Other than connected drive everything else is feasable.
