Anyone Familiar with ECS Performance Adjustable Coilovers
My 2016 535i is such a cow! The rear of the car ruins this ride. I have the M-Sport suspension...what a POS! Truly disappointing! I swapped out the rear sway bar with H&R, which helped stabilize the rear end slightly. My E60 550i M suspension was incredible and I want that on this car! Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!

I went ahead and ordered the ECS Performance Adjustable Coilover System for my 535i. I found out during this process that ECS Tuning and Turner Motorsports are one and the same company. Which added to my willingness to purchase this kit. I'll post images and review the product once it's installed....

Installed! It rides good! The back is a little bouncy but I'm sure that'll go away once I firm up the dampener. I may go back to my OEM M-Sport sway bar. I'm going to let it settle for a week or so. I received the coilovers with zero instructions and ECS wasn't helpful at all. So I won't be shopping there again.

Alright! Six months post install. After tweeking on the coilovers I've gotten them just right! They ride really well! I learned the the more I added shock absorption, they really came alive! The ride isn't harsh at all, The most noticeable thing is the shortened rear travel, but after adding increased shock absorption, it is great. The car handles really well. The alignment really helped as well. I have a bit of oversteer now. Gotta head to the alignment shop to see if they can help. Thanks!

ECS list multiple coil over options, which one is being discussed on this thread?

Thanks.

On the ECS Tuning website they are listed simply as, ECS Performance Adjustable Coilover System for $775. I bought mine last July for $654. Pretty straightforward install. My front dampeners are set at 22/32 clicks and I'm going to increase that to 24. My rears are set to 24/32 and it is great!

Now retailing for $1200.00.

I have a KW system and a shock is going bad. KW cannot supply a replacement, which is a real shoddy way to do business.

Thanks for the response.

A front shock leaks oil from the rebound adjustment.

In November I was told a replacement would be available in March. Now I am told that they have no idea when a replacement will be forthcoming.

Very disappointing.

Ok...on ECS Tuning site, enter this mfg# 000169LA01 and it will take you to the ones I bought. They are not BC Racing coilovers. The ones I bought are ECS Tuning .

I've adjusted them since. I had the fronts way too low. I lifted the nose about an inch and now it rides like my E60 550i MSport! I love it! I'll add a photo here soon!
