Fault codes bmw f10

Hi
Yesterday I was go to mapping my car and also guy connected my car with diagnostic and show me this mistakes.
Can someone say what is this mistakes please?
Car is f10 520d 2014yr.

Swirl flaps are housed in the intake manifold
It is indicating a problem with either them or the electric motor that controls them
Best would be to remove intake manifold and carry out a detailed visual assessment of the manifold
Safest thing would be replaced manifold- if one of those swirl flap pins fail and fall into the engine it is bad news
