Lease Deals?
Any incentives or good deals being offered by BMW for existing FS customers? My 14' 528i is going back in a couple of months and want to start looking for its replacement.
Thanks! -- Carlos |

Not sure, but if you are sticking with a 5 Series, the residuals for the month of July have been upped to 66% and 63% respectively for the 535xi and 550xi @ 12k/yr/36months.

$1,000 BMW Loyalty credit is there.
recently quoted a msrp 57k 528i with $6,000 out of pocket, $3,500 MSD returned when lease is up at the end, payment is $440 including CA tax. price does not include BMW Loyalty credit. think it's pretty solid. |

Observing some crazy deals on another forum, 12.5 % off MSRP on the outgoing F10.
Any others care to share their recent F10 lease deals? Mostly concerned about the selling price to see if dealers have some trunk money on these.

Went to the dealer today, rec'd pull-ahead letter for my 328i msport. Told them was interested in 535xi msport. I also have the fleet discount. Rec'd the following quote:
MSP: 67520 Selling 63,250 36 months, 10K miles didn't get the residual but he said high 60% and he thought MF was 3.28% nothing down excepting paying inceptions separately. 699 per month. Not the kind of "deal" I was hoping for given the circumstances. |

Ridiculously high selling price. Start with what they can offer below invoice before incentives applied. There is also $1000 loyalty discount on the 5ers. Lot of room for negotiation I would say.

Mid December picked up a new 2016, 550 xDrive M-Sport, MSRP $77k, grabbed for $70k before including incentives for existing BMW Finance customer of $1K and wife's firm has an incentive thru BMW of another $1k..Be sure to check if your employer has an incentive with BMW.
Love this machine.
