3 orange led's above turn signals

Hello,

i purchased an F10 530d in 2018 and a friend of me just worked on my car replaced brakes etc, then he had to make a reset with a obd software. since then these 3 LED's are shining whenever the headlight's on. I asked around and it seems thats the standard setting for the car. We came to the conclusion it must have been coded out from the previous owner and got reset now. I kinda liked it the way without the orange lights, what can I do?

Side markers built into the headlights maybe? I believe I've seen that mentioned on the coding cheat sheets before. Never changed that setting myself.
