Hi everyone,

BMW 530D. this again. car is going into limp mode when on heavier load, no problems while driving normally in town, power is just fine until 2.3k rpm. Problem starts when putting foot further down and car asking for more power then it just struggles. Ran a Air Mass System test, everything besides the picture here is good. Changes boost pressure sensor, throttle valve is working as it should
.
For the exhaust pressures that say not ok - minimum value was 2500mbar, and on the test i was getting 2400mbar while the other one was minimum 1500mbar and i was getting around 1300mbar.

Only getting the error code 244c00 when kicking down and waiting like that for 30s, then it pops up. At a loss of ideas now, where can I find those pipes mentioned? Car also has a Stage 1 map with an EGR delete just to mention.

Issue started after replacing a faulty throttle body which lead to DPF getting clogged. Dpf now has regenerated and throttle body been replaced and working. Attached images of values at different RPMs too. brand new Air filter has also been installed.

Thanks in advance

browsed the forum, most stuff i can find is from a 35d which usually has problems with converter from the small turbo which is not the case here.

Hello everyone,

I have the same exact issue like you do.
You have basically describe my problem.
Also, I dont think it is "Turbo" issue, since it has power in the city, while driving max 100-100kmph

INFO:
My car has no stage 1 - it is default

Things I changed:
DPF
AGR
MAF
boost pressure sensor
exhaust pressure sensor
all oil housing seals

Well, guess what - nothing helped.
Please keep us updated, Im running out of energy to fix this.

Regards.
