I just deposited on a pre registered 2018 M Sport Estate with about 150miles on it.

I did some mods to the F10 i own namely

1. Audio upgrade Mosconi/Gladen speakers amp package from base audio system

2. 20 inch wheels from OEM 17

Is it worth the hassle to have the speakers returned to OEM speakers?

What about the wheels, should I swap it back to OEM that it came with? I made it clear to the dealership that he will be getting the car with the Original wheels.

I reckon I might be able to sell the 20s and the audio parts on eBay or the local buy/sell maybe 600 tops.

Cost to swap the speakers+amp is 150 to 200. I have had them for 2/3 years

I m thinking I should just leave things as it is and and the dealership to throw in the 5yr/100000km Service Inclusive pack into deal. Costs around 500 bucks.

What would you do?

I would talk to the dealer first ... if the initial deal was for OEM then you should ask about the add ons. Also remember, though the add ons maybe worth $600 on the open market they are probably worth far less to the dealer.

I'd swap out the wheels. The rest is not worth the headache of removal

I did the maths and left the sound upgrade in situ.

Dealer said I can take the wheels.

I'm tempted to leave that too, as the wheels will need cosmetic refurb which will further make selling a bit of an ordeal...I'm sure I will get many low ballers. The OEM wheels is as new, but I don't know if the garage that stored it for me kept the tires on...this was 3 years ago.

I'm not sure the dealership will accept rims without tires.

Might just sell the OEM rims instead if there are no tires on it or even give it out.

Picked up the G31, man I'm floating again. The suspension is soft...body roll too. I will take a breather before I start moding it.

I would pull that system out! those are pricey! at least when I was going to order them from Germany to ship here

I considered it but I can't reach the Original installer. He has gone AWOL.

Any shop can take out the speakers for you and replace with the factory ones if you still have them
