2014 535i XDrive F10 Exhaust Tips Question
I just purchased a new rear diffuser for my F10 and eventually want to put a new exhaust in. For now, I am planning on just changing the tips from dual to quad.
Can someone recommend a decent set and/or let me know the size I need to purchase? Decent price, nothing too expensive as I am planning on changing eventually. Thanks!

This is my setup. I got it from eBay but the listing is no longer there. I found another listing that looks identical but said it's for Audi. I think it should work on f10 since it looks the same to me.
I needed to remove the counter weights on the oem muffler in order to fit the new tips, and also to push the muffler outward (further from center) a bit so that the tips fit the diffuser opening. Tbh, if not because it's my daily and the drone, I'd just save up and go for a real exhaust. |

Sure thing. Inlet is 2.25" and outlet is 3.5".

Yes, first a diffuser, then I will put some cheap tips on until I purchase a proper exhaust. I want one that does not sound obnoxious but better than the factory. Im thinking of one that has remote flaps but any advice would be great!

Ah okay i see what you're trying to do. almost feel like you might as well hold off on the tips and just put the time and energy into the new exhaust system and do it right
