No web link yet, he's still working on that. You can email him to purchase here.

Update for everyone: I emailed Valentin @ RVG Parts this morning in regards to 4" catless downpipes for the '14-16 535i. He got back to me within 10 minutes. He said that they've finished several prototypes since he and I last spoke in August.
They should have a finished product for sale within 5 weeks!

This is good to hear! More options is always best. Please make sure to do a review once you get it.

FYI, the 4” eBay DP from speedpower does not fit, not even close. Sending back for refund now. Guess I’ll be going with VRSF since that’s the cheapest option known to fit for now.

Got a response from Valentin @ RVG: "The 4" version quality wasn't perfect as expected. The primary o2 sensor bung has a weird position on neck of the downpipe, after more testing we figure out the o2 sensor reading isn't really accurate.
Right now we are working to build an billet neck which will fix the issues and don't affect the air flow. Unfortunately we don't have any ETA for that, but I can say probably more than 2 months. I apologize for the inconvenience.
"

I'm not in any rush, so I'm willing to wait and see what his product is like when available.

I pull the trigger today and I did ordered the 3.5" catless downpipe from RVGPARTS. I make it sounds like it is a big deal because I was gonna order the Evolution Raceworks catless DP. Gjohnson7 convince me that it is just a pipe and save the money. It is true, it's half the price, they sell direct so no 3rd party. Back to the DP, hopefully those bracket will fit and I won't have any leak. Here some picture, I will keep you posted, looking to install it in the next 2 weeks. Thank you for Valentin from RVGPARTS who respond to email in a heartbeat. To order, his email is rvgparts@gmail.com

RVG reply it's a newer technology. I did not ask the explanation behind it, it's a pipe...

It's probably so they can have the same pipe design for both catted and non-catted downpipes.

Catted downpipes get HOT, and hot metal likes to expand. Flex section gives it that room to expand.

Why is the flex section on the wrong side of the downpipe? OEM uses the flex section on the turbo side of the DP so it can expand with heat and flex

That will make sense. I saw that on the M5 F90 but not on the F10 yet, maybe the sensors are in the way ? To me, I am ok with it as long it as one.

Thanks for sharing, I was about to order a much more expensive pipe when I stumbled upon this post. I sent an email and he responded in minutes answering my questions.

Doesn't matter where it is as long as it's there. Expansion will push towards whatever offers the least resistance.

Not when the pipe is bolted and braced to the trans on the turbo side lol
If its there from OEM, then there is a reason they saw.

This isn't how thermal expansion works. The entire pipe is expanding. The only area where stress would be induced due to being constrained is where the bracing is welded to the pipe. Everywhere else, the expansion will just "flow" past and into the flex section. Not every OEM design decision is made because there's some kind of physics magic involved. For one, BMW may have wanted to just put it higher up to decrease water contact and thus lower the chances of corrosion on such a high surface area part (mesh)

It's also really not that much expansion to begin with. In 304 stainless, a 30cm pipe would expand about 3mm over a 600*C temperature change.
