520d won't start after bang

Hi all, I can't start my car. I was coming out from roundabout, floored it, then had a bang, gears gone and can't start the car after it stopped. Any ideas what is the problem? Auto transmission

floored it and heard a bang? possibly transfer case. know some people's transfer cases that went bang and the car could not shift gears.

I felt something like hard pull too, looks like chain snapped
