drive train malfunction today - cylinder 3 trouble

I was in Eco mode and accelerated and my car went into drive train malfunction mode. I drove about 15 miles to a dr apt and his happened about half way home. So the car ran fine earlier and has not shown any signs of trouble. I just got the oil changed last week. 2016 with 25K miles on it. I cleared the codes and flashed the transmission and the entire system. When I restarted still running rough and drive train malfunction.

140010 misfires more cylinder
140310 misfiring cylinder 3
140001 misfires more cylinders injection is off
140301 misfiring cylinder 3 injection is switched off

running 91 oct tune bootmod3

You need new spark plugs, possibly new coils

With such low miles and no previous warnings? I find it odd that it happened a few days after an oil change at the dealership as well. Letting the engine cool down and going to pull them and see what they look like. Any advice?

that low mileage by itself typically will not erode spark plugs. But clearly the car sits around longer than average, meaning the fuel in the tank sits longer than average and can turn the fuel bad overtime depending on sitting periods. At 4yrs+ of age of this going on, probably a good idea to get some fresh plugs in there

Waiting for spark plug socket to arrive in the mail. Decided to swap coil one and three and clear the codes and now it's throwing an error code in cylinder one so I'm going to replace the coil!

Update! Changed the coil and the error codes cleared. Still waiting on tool to check spark plugs.

FCP euro for plugs and coils, you will never have to buy them again. Just swap out every 20K miles.

Old post but want to know what's OP symptoms were thats threw the codes. Have the same codes that popped up last night. I'm running BM3 93 octane stage 1 with transmission flash. Doing WOT at full stop is fine but when doing WOT or giving 60% or more gas above 65mph the car stutters, boggs and shakes than drivetrain malfunction pops up.

Came home, pulled the codes and flash back to stock tune and the car runs normal. Still running transmission flash with stock tune and it runs fine.

Replaced oem sparkplugs about 3,500 miles ago to bosch plugs so I know it's not the plugs. Did symptoms ever come back after replacing the coils? Some people told me the cause is the fuel injectors.

I was accelerating in normal traffic. Vehicle threw the code and went in limp mode. No other problems she runs like a champ now. Only had her two years and and have had three flat tires. Looking to install auto start soon. I don't drive the car often.
