Doesn't seem to be happening any longer over the last few days and a few different versions since 23. If I notice it again I'll let you know.

Looks like the performance went down with the latest updates. The app is slower, when I owned after some time. It takes longer to load forums list, forum threads, news, etc. I'm on the latest version and wifi connection, using Samsung device with Anddiid 11.

We didn’t change anything in those areas for a while.

Might be some random intermittent connection issue? I would say, keep an eye on it

Everything seems stable on my end so far

On the news page, I no longer see any images associated with new threads

Is that meant to be?

That’s awesome to hear. We might have finally cracked that one then 😂

From the last screen shots you sent, it looks like you have “boss mode” enabled. That mode is designed to purposely remove all images from the interface. It’s still a work in progress and is about 75% done.
But you can just turn it off to get all the images back.

Goto setting -> app interface settings and switch it off and all those images should come back 👍

Can we please have a feature in the messageboard where we can simply choose to DELETE ALL when the inbox is full. Atmo, I have to delete messages one by one to clear room in my inbox. With a maximum of 220 messages, it takes a long time to delete them.

Can't see the user name in the notifications in dark mode. It's visible in the light mode.

It was from SUBSCRIPTIONS section

FWIW, I'm running v33

As for forcing it to misbehave, not really, it happens at random. It often happens when I'm replying to a post (where the page doesn't scroll up which means I can't see what I'm typing).

Then I check my reply and often Google has done an autocorrect on me which means I have to edit, and correct my reply.

The red font with yellow underline appears at this stage. I've had the red font on other occasions but it's not frequent.

So it goes like this, if the screen doesn't scroll, then edit will go red font, guaranteed. But, getting a red font doesn't just happen with the window not scrolling.

Ok I think I figured out how to make it happen, its happening when the app is closed, and you get a push notification and tap that to open the app and view the post/thread. Then if you try to use the drop down the red/yellow occurs.

Ok now to work on the fix…

Ok I have released version 5.2.34 with the above recent fixes 👍 (… I hope!)

I also added a new feature where you can go to the next page in a thread by pulling the screen up when you reach the end of a page.

Try it out and see if you like it and it works for you all, its experimental for now
