Why can't all models have this amazing convertible window switch that opens or closes all windows at the same time!?

We do. It's called the 4 finger button.

Position one finger on each window button, simultaneously press downwards. Voila!

Because extra switch will add weight, not good for performance.

That would be useful and makes perfect sense....So we cant use it in our car...unless we mount it in the trunk or under the hood. That would be the only way it would be "Innovative and Dynamic" enough for our Brand.
