Resetting iDrive

I have a 2016 528 and I can't reset idrive for some reason. I tried holding down volume and eject (e90) and holding just volume button. Nothing... Any suggestions?

Found this on google search

On the newer CIC ( like F10, E90 LCI and F30) its "Hold down the Volume(power) button for 25 Seconds" to reset the system

Yea I tried that but didn't work. I got the one on the loaner to reboot
