Hello,

I've a 520D Touring (F11) from 2016.

When opening tailgate, boot cover should automatically withdraw to allow boot access. But, in my car, I only see this movement for 1 or 2 inches, not bringing the cover to a full open position. In this situation, and to open it, I’ve to manually push cover until the top. When closing the tailgate, the cover automatically closes correctly.
Can you help me with this? What’s the problem? Does this slide movement requires any kind of lubricant in each side?
