Illuminated exterior door handles, retrofit?

Hello.
F11 LCI 2016 520d M Sport.

I do not have ambient lighting or comfort access, but I would like to have the light up exterior door handles.

Is it possible to retrofit them to the car? I know I'll need door handles with lights, but any ideas on harnesses and coding?

I think the handles would be part number 51217231932 and 51217231933, but Realoem suggests they're for cars with ambient AND comfort access.
Haven't looked to see if any wiring is present, but I guess it won't be.

Maybe I'd have to fit the interior ambient lighting as well, although I'm less bothered by that.

Can't find a successful DIY/Retrofit anywhere, or any company that can do it for me.

Ideas?

What is the cost? How do you know it isn't worth it for me?
