Too tight wheel nuts

garage cannot remove two of the nuts due to mechanics from the previous owner over tightening to 300lbs
can you recommend anywhere in North Kent/SE London that won't charge through the roof?

Garage List
Same here - one of the locking wheel bolts stripped (my F10 came with one per wheel), and it had to be drilled out.
