I recently installed downpipe and straight pipes on my 535D f10, tuned, and dpf+egr removed. My last car was a e60 525d and I also installed straight pipes on that car. My e60 was very loud, even while driving slowly, you could hear every gear shift etc. On my F10 however, the exhaust is extremely quiet. When driving normally it sounds almost exactly the same as stock, which I do not like. It has very good and loud sound when I push the gas pedal to the max, but otherwise you can barely hear it.. I would like my car to be atleast a little loud. I dont understand what the problem is?

You can try resonator delete as well. Are your dps catless?
