I spent most the day dismantling my 530d with the intent of cleaning out the intake manifold and valves. As I was literally pulling the manifold off the engine, I discovered that the EGR pipe would not let me pull it from the head. My understanding is that it just pulls out. I put a considerable amount of effort into extracting the little bastard, but it would not concede. I started to run out of daylight and frustratingly had to put it all back together without cleaning anything!

Any help on how I can get that pipe out is appreciated. I took a couple pics of it, but they didn't turn out well. You can at least see the part I'm talking about, though.

I'm looking to do a EGR delete. Any videos out there? There are 2 EGRs? Thx
