Pumping gas issue. Pump stops as if tank it full.
Hi guys, after the gas lid getting stuck, I haven't been able to pump gas with the auto lever being on. To pump gas at 3/4 pressure, I have to turn the handle sideways or it will automatically stop.
Wondering if this issue is big enough issue to take to bmw. I find it annoying that I have to turn it sideways to get to 3/4 pressure or it will stop pumping like the tank is full.

Out of curiosity, have you tried switching gas stations? Some pumps are strange, and don't work well with my car either.

Surprisingly the shell by my new place works just fine. I'll try other stations n follow up but I know a few in s Denver where I used to live causes this problem. I'll try others n follow up
