No CPO 5-Series deals?
Looking at the current CPO incentives, the 3's, 6's, & 7's all get special deals, but I can't find anything for the 5's.
Last spring they had 0.9% and BMWFS would cover the first two payments ($500 each, max) for an effective $1,000 rebate. Any guesses on why these went away or when/if they might return? |

My point is if they're offering it on others, it could be a bargaining tool for the 5 series if you make a deal. Line up your own financing and see if they offer it. Good luck, I love mine!

Apparently CPO F10's are selling well so there's no need to publish incentives on them. There may be unadvertised low APR rates. Your local dealer can check or you can contact BMW Financial Services.
If you have excellent credit, Lightstream Funding is at 1.99% for 36 month loans - secured or unsecured. |

I never mind a decent thread derailing! We actually already have another 5... it's an '08 535xi wagon with a 6-speed manual. My wife loves it. About the only car I'd trade my 6-speed 535 for would be a 6-speed 550 and I've got a lead on one. The finance rate isn't important, I only financed to get the $1000 (well, $500+$500 payment credit) from BMW.
If I trade, my CPO on the 535 still has value and I don't pay another 7% sales tax on the purchase price of the 550, just the difference in value between the 535 and 550. It's not a done deal, and I'm anxious for it to be... But maybe I should let this drag into February if there's a whiff of the $1000 incentive again! |
