F10, engine fault 1C3101

Hi, I had observed the following fault during diagnosis via carly:
Engine / Motor
Fault Code: 1C3101
Fault Explanation: Motoroeldrucksensor, plausibility: pressure before engine start too high
And I feel slight vibration/shaking from the engine during car stationary
Any suggestions on the cause and any possible solution?

Hey. I know this is an old post. Were you able to figure out what it was?
I am getting bmw 1c3101 as well on F10.
