So you guys think this is the issue requires me to have to fill often? I literary topped it off yesterday Saturday and checked today and i needed about 12oz of fluid to top off again in about 24hrs and 40 miles drive w/out using the windshield wiper... smh

You're correct the problem is the cap. If it ceases to be a closed system the fluid evaporates... I once had a whole gallon evaporate in a day.

Ha, I just replaced mine, it looked like that too and I needed to refill every couple of weeks.

Thanks for the tip guys. Would never have thought to look at it, but mine too was all cracked, and my level was down.
