Blower problems

Last month BMW replaced the blower after the blower stopped working completely.
Now we are in vacation in a very hot place and encounter some problems :

the system seems to work completely the opposite as it should work.

When the interior temperature is higher then setpoint, i only feel a light breeze out of the vents.
When the interior temperature is lower then setpoint , then the vents are outputting maximum airflow.

I have seen in the ventilator unit's technical drawings that there are motors who regulate some flaps in the blower unit.

Maybe one of these motors are replaced too while the flaps where in a wrong position? (the motor can be mounted while forcing the flaps completely the other way before replacing)

How do i solve this ? Is there a ISTA procedure neccesary to put the flaps in the correct position again (calibrating)?

I try to understand whats going on, and if i can solve this myself during my hot vacation?

Thank you
Steve
