Anyone have an alternator cable?

My alternator died, and it took the cable with it.

Trying to find bmw pn 12427611322, which doesn't seem to be in stock anywhere. Anybody have one laying around by chance?

This is the cable that runs from the charging post -> starter -> alternator.
