OEM Brakes, ABS rough on stronger stops

Not sure how to even describe it but I'll try. When going down a large mountain this weekend I felt like the ABS was making the car vibrate or studder stronger than what I'd call normal. It seems to be fine or unnoticeable at slower speeds, or lighter pressing of the brake, but at 75 slowing to 65 for example there's a very noticeable, I'm guessing, ABS quick clamp, unclamping, but in a rough way. I'm going to get them checked out but wondered if anyone's had any experience with something similar.

ABS shouldn't be triggering on a 75-65 slowing. Might be bad thrust arm bushings or warped rotors
