2013 F11 Touring. Boot won't open

I’ve tried all the stuff online that’s suggested I.e valet switch, boot release etc… I can hear a clicking sound when pressing the boot release button and key like it’s trying to open. So I assume it’s the motor for the boot that needs replacing? Or something Else?
