Hello, I have a problem with my 2010 BMW 530d GT (F07) with N57 engine and almost 360k kilometers. I have this car only for a few months, and now, when outside temperature dropped to around negative 2 degrees celcius, I noticed that when cold starting, the engine works fine for a few seconds, and then RPM start to jump a bit and engine starts shaking. It goes like that for some time, then normalizes and it never happens again during the day. When outside temperature was slightly higher, I did not encounter that wild engine shaking and RPM fluctuation. The next day, on cold start it is usually the same. What could be the problem? Injectors, Glow Plugs...? I attached a video to make it more clear.
