Just changed the fluid in the TC with TRIAX DTF-1. Rand the calibration using PROTOOL, Power On Engine Off. It said calibration complete with a value of 9.6xxxx. But the error keeps coming back.

1) Is this number an "ok" number of the calibration value?

2) Anything else needs to be done.

3) No other TC errors and car seems to drive fine.

What is happening:

The calibration adjusts the actuator motor to determine the new zero point for the clutch pack, particularly after a fluid change, to eliminate "stutter" or "judder".

High Numbers: If the number is significantly higher than 1.5 (e.g., above 10 after calibration), it may indicate excessive wear within the transfer case, indicating the clutches are very worn or that the fluid was severely degraded.

Calibration Failure: If ProTool cannot complete the calibration or keeps returning high numbers, the VTG actuator gear may be damaged, or the fluid might need to be replaced again (a "flush").
