For what it is, I love it. Would I take this over a 3 series or 1 series? No. But if I needed a station wagon, I would take this car in a heartbeat. I don't think any utilitarian wagon on the market can compare in terms of looks. A 5 series wagon, E-Class wagon, etc.. look about 20 years old compared to this car and I think BMW hit a homerun with this car in its market niche. I still don't understand why BMW chose that champagne color for the world premier of this car, but again, probably something to do with marketing and the target audience. But in Black or Silver this car will look every bit a BMW.
