My 520d MT Havana Brown

Picked up my 520d today with havanna exterior and cinnamon interior. Was a little bit apprehensive about the colour choice, but after seeing it in the flesh, I have no regrets. The pics of cinnamon brown looks nothing like what it actually looks like. The photos give it a clay colour. I've also taken the anthracite headliner and I think it goes well with the cinnamon brown/balck interior.
The new engine is great, it has enough grunt to pull the heavy car. The MT is nothing special, but is definitely an improvement on my current 3 series with smooth short shifts.
Loving the idrive, i've only just started to learn all the tricks.
Have only done 50 miles so far and enjoyed every second. The ride is very smooth and I don't have any complaints about the steering feel.
Will post more pics once the sun comes out of the clouds.

Congratulations and thanks for the pictures. Please do post some more pictures under different light! I'm on the fence between Havana (Mojave in US) and Tasman Green. I'm going to get the same interior as you for sure...just going to have the steering wheel on the other side. Cheers!

Congrats ! Lovely color combination I must say... any particular reason why you went for the 6 speed manual against the 8 speed auto box?

Also what wheel size you got?

Great looking car. I really like that interior color and will probably get it, no matter which BMW I get next. The color swatches on the BMW site and configurator simply do not do it justice.

No particular reason to go for the MT, just old fashioned I guess, I really do enjoy my driving. I somehow feel the AT takes a little bit of the soul away from the driving experience. At this day and age when the car is doing almost everything for you other than drive itself, I like having the whole driving experience under my control and not let the car decide when to change gears. This is just my point of view.

The rims are 18' V. I thought this was a good compromise b/w size and ride comfort.
