Can anyone tell me if the ambient lighting pack includes illuminated kick plates?

Seems to be some confusion over this topic.See pictures in link posted elsewhere in the forum that shows illuminated BMW logo on kick plate.

UK: As far as I was aware illuminated kick plates are a performance part optional extra..

My 550 US spec has BMW kick plates that are illuminated with ambient package, very nice looking.
