European Delivery 550i M Sport & 750Li M Sport

Returned this afternoon from Munich and my first European Delivery. My father and I purchased 2 vehicles and took delivery together. I would highly recommend the ED program to anyone who can take a couple of days off. It is a worthwhile trip for the experience and cost saving. Enjoy the pics!

Just a curiosity, how long does it takes for ED once you order it till pick up at Munich?

Can you please tell us if your 550i xDrive has a Hydraulic Power Steering System or the Electric Power Steering System. Also please comment on how the steering feels to you. Light or Heavy?

Do the cars pop out of the ground when you arrive, or are they driven onto the circular platform?

The production schedule is reduced because ED vehicles do not come out of dealer allotment. The cars were in production within 4-5 weeks of ordering and perhaps could have gone earlier if we requested an earlier pick up date.

Congratulations on both your purchases! I've ordered the 550i Dark Graphic Metallic with Black Nappa also and M Sport, but not getting through ED. Can't wait!!!

Thank you. Now the wait begins... Still no tracking information on the Wallenius Wilhelmsen website. I have heard mixed reports on delivery times to the eastern usa from 3-6 weeks. Congratulations on a great color and vehicle selection.
