21 Inch DPE MT10 Brushed wheels on F10

I was checking DPE's blog and saw that they have some pics of an F10 with their 21" MT10 in brushed, looks good !

Do those wheels make the ride less comfortable and smooth? The reason that I ask is because the tires do not look that thick.

Sorry, I don't know much about wheels or handling stuffs.

What is the drawback of having wheels like that?

I would have to say $5500- $6000 US just for the wheels alone
