Interior combination colors

I think that the oyster/black interior that I have ordered makes the interior look less spacious than a single colour - biege for example. What do other people think? I was tempted towards the biege but reckon the carpets could look grubby after a while.

I agree. A single colour does make the interior look more spacious - but I have beige in my Mercedes and it's pretty dirty in the foot well area now. So I ordered oyster / black in my F11, which should be ready at the end of November.

I too ordered the oyster/black interior. I'm sure you all have seen it in person and I think it looks incredible. It's a great contrast. I don't think twice about the decision. My Lexus has an all ash interior and the floor looks terrible.

Mine is All Beige and feels very spacious. True you got to be very attentive to keep the footwells clean, but I still like it !

I would definititely have ordered the oyster/black if my two kids were older. Now I had to settle for black as it can get quite messy during the winter here in Sweden with kids climbing into their seats in the back. Maybe next time around.

I would recommend what I did. The interior on my current 2008 535xi is beige seats and carpet. I purchased black floor mats and really looks sharp. Plus it does not show dirt. Try it, you'll like it.

Oyster/black doesn't diminish the space and don't forget it's only your mind screwing up your perception, it's just as big inside as a single colour... :-)

If its available in your location, Oyster / Oyster is very nice and spacious. It has a light dashboard top which makes a big difference.
Cheers
