Lumbar Support option on Standard Seats
Hi
Has anyone specified Lumbar Support option with the standard seats? Is it worth it? Any pics? Thanks, Ash |

I have lumbar support, but with the comfort seats. I find it very good on long journeys - if my back starts getting stiff, I juggle the button up and down/in and out. It provides instant relief and I'd thoroughly recommend it.

I've specced it on my car (delivery Jan 2011) with std seats - Purely because I was afraid that without it, the seats might not be that comfortable on long trips. Wish I could justify the additional cost of the comfort seats - Does anyone else think BMW is taking the p**s NOT to offer the best seats as standard...?

I have them on standard seats, I am disappointed with the Standard seats not the Lumbar support. I find the standard seats are not so comfy, especially the front adjustable parts are missing from them. As mentioned in my previous posts seats are something I couldn't bother too much and could not order the right seats (Comfort or Sports)
Answering your question, for me - Lumbar Support works well and I adjust it in almost all my journeys.
