alloy refurb going to take 5 days what to do?

Hi All,
Not sure which wheels i have.. I know they are 20 inch diamond cut alloy. I've managed to scrape the n/s/f wheel and was looking to get it repaired. I've found a local-ish repairer (about 30 miles away) but they are quoting a turn around time of 5 days (because of the diamond cut).. so my dilemma is.. how do i get my car, which is used everyday for work, repaired without hiring a car?

The decision not to include a spare wheel is in my opinion a very bad one.
