2013 535i Lease Transfer
I am putting up my 2013 535i M-Sport for lease assumption because I am looking to move into the current M3, nothing wrong with the car just want a change. The car is under lease until 12/29/2014 and has a residual buyout of $45,284.30. Lease is for 10k miles per year or a total of 20,000 by the end of the lease. The car currently has 9900 miles on it and has not even had its' first oil change. The car is Jet Black on Black Dakota leather. It has the following packages: M-Sport Premium Tech Sat Radio/HD Radio Payments are 519.90 + your tax rate. In order for the lease to be at this low rate I put down $4500, yes not the smartest idea, but it helped with the payments. I am looking to recoup $4000 of that and the buyer pays the $500 transfer fee. I don't think you will find another 535i in this price range with the buyout in the lower 40's. I will be detailing the car this weekend and will update the post with pictures. Mathematically yes I understand your point, but if someone wants to buy the car at the end of the term then they are ahead 10k because the buyout is 45k. Also, the money out of pocket is negotiable if someone is seriously interested.
