Arrow BMW F10 M5 caught without camoflage fatsuit for the first time (9/23/09)

As reported on 5post Homepage.

We bring you the newest photos of the upcoming F10 M5, this time caught without a camoflage fatsuit for the first time.

Previously, the F10 M5 has only been seen with at most an exposed front bumper. This time around, we get to see the entire body, which is now only covered by camoflage tape and a front bumper disguise (for the M5 bumper design, see previous photos HERE).

The front fenders appear flared, but there doesn't appear to be rear flared fenders, hood power bulge, nor special bodywork (probably to come later).

To get a sense of what the front bumper will look like, here is a recent spy photo:

Basic mirrors and boring side skirts.... you would assume that it would have the full bodykit from the day one they start testing it

Then how do you explain the quad exhausts and massive front brakes?

Dude you're trippin...

BBS Wheels, Ultra wide tires, M style bumper.... Can it be more obvious?

Plus M-tech styled non-M cars are usually released after M-tuned version if i recall.

Definitely the beginnings of an M car. I agree that all standard styling points we've all come to love will come later, drivetrain testing always comes before styling accouterments.

the wheels and brakes.

I agree if this their M5 i dont believe this is all they are missing the side vents behind the fenders. This would be way to boring. I dont like how they just took the m3 bumper and power dome and threw it on the M5, kind of lame but we will see.

OMG
this is exciting!

First of, the reason why this is the m5, is because of the the LARGE QUADS STICKING OUT THE REAR. the 550i/555i, is to have quads, but it would be integrated and hidden like the 760i we have seen. I wasn't convinced because I am so used to bmw releasing the m5 a year or two after the new body...but... look at this... they are ready to go.

Yes it does remind me a lot of the e63. I cant believe that they didn't put the merc logo on the grill instead of sticking up at the top... smh.

The wheels have grown on me... i just want to see the full body play out. I am once again so happy that black/gunmetal wheels are being more accepted by the car manufactures.

The headlights look like the same width as the e60, but sleeker. I assume white angel eyes with white eyebrows :-)

plus... look at that smile... lol..an m5 gives u that kinda smile!
