Thank you for posting this! I need to clarify which are the torque values for the front thrust arms? I see all those listings, and I don't know which is which! Both the subframe bolts and ball joint nut.
I need to swap these out, and have never done it on the F10. It's an easy job on an E90, so presuming the best!
