Anyone know which fuse would cause a no crank, no start?

You may want to start your own thread that provides some details to your issues.

Off the top of my head...a no start issue related to a blown or failed fuse would be the one that powers the fuel pump.

Thank you!

Never thought that the rear seats cigarette lighter was connected front fuse (20A). Tried many times to change the smaller fuse and never worked.

There is a fuse grabber in the fuse box of the trunk.

Sorry to revive this old thread, but all my fuses are fine, the light around the socket comes on, but no signs of life? How does one remove the socket? Is it a case of centre console out?

I replaced my cupholder cigarette lighter socket a month ago, but removing it from the plastic housing is a royal pain. Yes, remove the center console, then remove the cupholder from the center console trim by removing the screws holding it.

From here you either buy a new cupholder, source a used one on eBay, or search for a used cupholder irrespective of condition that has a good cigarette lighter. Save yourself time and aggravation...if you can do it, buy a new one for $119.90 (51-16-9-277-262), swap and DONE.

If unfortunately you have to proceeed...

I found a new aftermarket cupholder assy on eBay. It looked identical, however the one I recieved had one of the plastic thread inserts plugged, which I didn't find until after assembly. So when I assembled it, the screw pushed the plastic causing the front frame to separate and bend beyond yield (which also affects open/close). Even if I had received one with a good insert, the door only worked 3 out of 5 times prior to assembly.

Not wanting to throw good money after bad, I ended up just removing the cigarette lighter from the fake cupholder and implanting it into my OEM cupholder. However, this is easier said than done. You have to disassemble the cupholder which is snapped together using tabs. Even as careful as I believe I am, you break tabs. Some tabs you can barely see and they are recessed about 2 inches with limited access. Repeat on the fake cupholder. I thought disassembly was tedious, removing the ligher socket is worse. This just takes time and determination. There are specific tabs on the clear plastic that you have to push in while simulatenously prying the socket out. But the tabs are very rigid and the clear plastic surround is easy to break. Somehow I eventually was able to separate the two cleanly. Then it just snapped into my oem cupholder. GL.
