Hey Long, I've been trying to call you on the status of my car but you haven't replied back to me, I'm Bryan (alpine white 535i in your shop). I just left the shop and saw you car.

I was talking to Ivan and he said your insurance co just approved the repairs.

Call tmrw and ask for Ivan or Long. They've been swamped getting ready for the meet.

You can always ask Ivan too! That shop is always busy as hell, but theyll for sure take care of you.
