BMC Air Filter

Oiled or dry version? Looks like oiled version to me. Also what year is this for as I understand the filter changed on the newer models. Something about the older ones would rattle around or something like that in the air box.

This is the oiled version. Don't know if BMC changed anything. The current filter part# on their website corresponds with one on this filter so safe to assume its the most recent. There is a different part # for the Euro version. Had no rattling when installed on my car.
